My goal is to provide you with the best quality pet styling service in a convenience setting that will keep your pet safe and comfortable. I truly enjoy my profession and care about each pet as my owns, I've been blessed to be able to do what I love and make a living doing it.

Spa policies

*No cats or dogs over 50 lbs are taken.
*Arrival time: in dealing with pets, I will not rush anyone's appointment, if I am delayed or running ahead of scheduled, I'll contact you by phone and give a new estimated arrival time.
*Dematting: I will not dematt a pet's coat;dematting is a painfull procedures that causes discomfort, stress and skin issues and is a total contradiction of the stress free environment that I want to mantain.
*Cancellations must be made 48 prior the scheduled appointment.
*No show policy: a trip fee must be invoice if I arrived to the appointment and no one is there to release the pet.
*Returns checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
*I reserve the right to refuse a pet with agressive attitudes, unmaneageable personality, or with potencial risk of or health or injury due to the grooming process.
